BBHCC offers the Thrive (Formerly Thriving in Place) program to older adults so that they can remain in their communities and home. Additionally, we partner with the Town of Bucksport and Habitat for Humanity for the Home Safety & Accessibility pilot program in Bucksport. We also lead the Age and Ability-Friendly Committee that meets monthly at the Bucksport Senior Center.
